I don't have a mailing list. Can I still mail postcards? |

Yes, the unaddressed mailing service is designed for that. You can specify which area you would like to mail to using postal codes, street names or geographical boundaries and we will provide you with the number of homes, businesses and apartments that are in your requested area. You can then increase or decrease your area to suit your budget.

Can I put my clinic information or a custom message on my card? |

Yes, you can have any message you would like to appear on your card - an offer, invitation or any other information you need - and add your clinic contact information.

Do I have to mail the postcards myself? |
|
No, Bamboo Marketing will take care of the delivery of your postcards either mailed to your client database or to your selected areas around your clinic. Privacy Policy

I own two or more clinics. Can I promote one clinic with one half and |

promote the second clinic with the other half? |
|
The minimum order of postcards is 2,500 so you would need to print 2,500 of each card - OR - you could create one card with both addresses advising prospective clients to visit the store most convenient for them.

How long does it take before the postcards are delivered? |
|
After the postcard has been customized and approved by you to make sure your information is accurate, the cards are printed and put into the Canada Post system or shipped to your clinic in about 2 weeks. The amount of time for delivery by Canada Post is about 4-7 days depending on where they are going. Please call for more information as needed. Rush jobs can be accomodated as needed.

Can I use some of the postcards to hand out in the clinic? |

Yes, you can request that we ship any number of cards directly to your clinic for your own use. If we are handling the mailing for you we can ship you any extra cards as well for an additional shipping fee.
